* Our regular time frame for shipping process is 4-8 weeks, after payment is cleared.(unless is another time frame on the item)

* We reserve the right to ship the merchandise faster than the time frame listed.

* Shipping Cost Is for Continental States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

* Insurance is Optional, but keep in mind that if something happens during the shipping process, and the insurance was not purchased, the freight company will not be responsible for any damages.

* Shipping contract is between you and the freight company, because you are the legal ownership of the merchandise. We will assist you with any claims, but the responsibility is yours to file and follow up on a claim 

* Due to the fact that this kind of items are too large, and its a fragile material and shipping is expensive, we dont accept returns of merchandise, we take care of any manufactured or damaged item that was properly insured, but there is no return option for any non valid reason.

* Only with a valid reason, we will accept a return, but the item will be inspected, and any damaged will be reported and deducted, along with a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non refundables on any case.
